Scope
This site presents design and build services for websites and applications. The information is for information only and does not constitute a binding offer.
Quotes and prices
Listed prices are indicative and exclude VAT. Only the written quote issued after scope is agreed is binding. Quote validity: 30 days.
Payment
A deposit set by agreement at kick-off, the balance at the milestones set out in the quote. Support work is charged by the hour or in hour packages.
Intellectual property
On final payment the client receives the rights to use the deliverable, its source code and the design files. Third-party licences such as fonts and photographs are excluded and listed in the quote.
Liability
No liability is accepted for outages of third-party services such as hosting, payments or email, nor for damages arising from use of this site.
Governing law
Greek law applies. The courts of Thessaloniki have jurisdiction.
