How personal data is processed

Data collected
From the contact form: name, company, email address, phone, type of project and the description submitted. From browsing: anonymous traffic statistics via Cloudflare Web Analytics, with no cookies and no user identifiers.
Purpose and legal basis
Data is processed to respond to a quote request and to perform the resulting contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Anonymous traffic statistics are based on legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), since they involve no cookies or personal data.
Retention
Enquiries are kept for 12 months. Invoices and contract records are kept for as long as tax law requires.
Recipients and processors
Hosting provider: Vercel. Email service: Resend. Analytics: Cloudflare Web Analytics (cookieless). Data is never sold to third parties.
Data subject rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. Requests go to stelios@pegos.studio and are answered within one month. Complaints: Hellenic Data Protection Authority, www.dpa.gr.
Security
Encrypted connections, restricted access to enquiries and regular backups.
